In general, we offer standard two-day shipping which allows your package to arrive two days after your order ships from our location.
Meat products must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or can be shipped Next Day Air at an additional charge.
Sauces, rubs and other merchandise orders are shipped UPS Ground.If order is combo of meat & non-perishable items, it must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.
• Standard preparation time for your order is 24 hours.
• Our shipping company is UPS (only).
• We ship to the continental US only.
• We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska with additional charges.
• We do offer overnight shipping upon request
• We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses
- When can I expect my order?

Thank you for choosing The Salt Lick for your special occasion! In order to ensure the best possible product quality, we are unable to provide same day order fulfillment. Your order will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. We ship meat orders using our standard 2nd day air shipping method on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. If you wish to ship an order on Thursday for it to arrive on Friday, overnight shipping is required at an additional charge. Not all zip codes support overnight shipping, so please be sure to verify availability before you order.
The Salt Lick ships all orders via UPS. UPS will deliver your product between 9am and 7pm on the date indicated on your tracking information. UPS drivers will not always attempt to make personal contact with residential recipients, unless specifically requested via the "signature required" option, so be sure to be on the lookout for your delivery!

All sauce and merchandise orders ship UPS ground and can take up to 5 days to deliver.
You must place a meat order the day before it is shipped.
UPS has until 7:00 pm to deliver so if you want to eat it the same day you must have it delivered the day before.
- How can I track the shipment of my package?
- You will receive an email with a UPS tracking number once your order has shipped. Using the tracking number given in the email, you can track your package using www.ups.com website. You may also call one of Salt Lick’s customer service representatives.
- If ordering through the website, how can I make sure Salt Lick has received and processed order for delivery?
- You will receive an email from Salt Lick upon receipt and payment of your order. The email will include your order number and verify receipt of payment.
