Description:
A 4 - 5 lbs. Smoked Beef Brisket cooked slowly for 14 hours and basted with the Roberts' Family secret Bar-B-Que sauce. This was Thurman's pride and joy. He insisted upon only the finest cut of meat, cooked as slowly as possible. His motto was to "buy only the best meat and cook it with a lot of pride." We adhere to his tradition of hard work and quality. That is why it carries his name, Thurman's Pride. We include a bottle of Original Recipe Salt Lick Bar-B-Que Sauce along with this order.

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes so be sure to include a physical address.

We ship meat orders using our standard 2nd day air shipping method on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each week. If you wish to ship an order on Thursday for it to arrive on Friday, your order must be placed before midnight (Central Time Zone) on Wednesday, and overnight shipping is required at an additional charge. Not all zip codes support overnight shipping, so please be sure to verify availability before you order.

The Salt Lick ships all orders via UPS. UPS will deliver your product between 9am and 7pm on the date indicated on your tracking information. UPS drivers will not always attempt to make personal contact with residential recipients, unless specifically requested via the "signature required" option, so be sure to be on the lookout for your delivery!
