Where are you located?

Our original location is in Driftwood at 18300 FM 1826 Driftwood, Texas 78619. We also have a restaurant in Round Rock at 3350 E. Palm Valley Rd., Round Rock, Texas 78665, as well as outposts at the DFW and Austin airports.

How can I make a reservation?

We only accept reservations for groups of ten or more to dine on Mondays through Thursdays. We do not make reservations for Fridays through Sundays or for groups smaller than ten. Is your Family Style option available every day? What does it include?

Family Style is available every day and includes all-you-can-eat beef brisket, sausage, pork ribs, potato salad, cole slaw, and beans. Bread, pickles, and onions are included on request. It is currently priced at $29.95 PER PERSON for a limited time.

Are your sauces and dry rubs gluten-free?

All ingredients contained in Salt Lick sauce and dry rubs are considered gluten-free. However, gluten products are manufactured in the same facility.

Do you allow pets?

We allow friendly, leashed pets in our outdoor dining areas only. Please let the host know you have a pet with you, and they can help you get set to eat outside. Thanks!

Do you ship?

Yes! We ship several of our menu items to the lower 48 states in the US. Barbecue will arrive fully cooked, frozen, and ready to reheat at your convenience.

Do you deliver?

No, we do not deliver.

Is your restaurant BYOB?

Yes. Our original location in Driftwood is BYOB. Guests are welcome to purchase beer and wine at our neighbors at Salt Lick Cellars, located in the same parking lot, to enjoy in the restaurant. Please note that our Round Rock location is NOT BYOB and has a full bar available.

Do you have private room rentals?

Our private dining rooms are available Mondays through Fridays and can accommodate up to 120 guests. More info is available by inquiring at our email: SaltLick@SaltLickBBQ.com

How do I reheat my shipped BBQ?

For the very best flavor we recommend using an outdoor charcoal grill. Coals should be glowing and without flame. Place meats directly on the rack at least six inches above the coals. In order for the brisket to reach an internal temperature of 168 degrees, it will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. The ribs will reheat in 20–30 minutes. We recommend occasionally basting the meats with Salt Lick sauce.
